Return Policy

Every order should feel right. If it doesn't, our return policy has you covered.

Print-on-Demand Products

Our products are made to order specifically for you. Because of that, we can only accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • The product arrived damaged or defective
  • We sent you the wrong item
  • There was a printing error or quality issue

How to Request a Return

If you think your order qualifies for a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product showing the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Refunds & Exchanges

Once we review your request and approve it, we'll either send you a replacement product or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Please note: We cannot accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or customization errors made by the customer.
