Refund Policy

Because every Aoteez product is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases or incorrect size selections. Please check our size guide carefully before ordering.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, has a print defect, or is the wrong item, we'll make it right. Please contact us at aoteez.nz@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue

We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Cancellations Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed, as production begins shortly after. Once an item is in production, we're unable to cancel or modify the order.

Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
