Production Time All Aoteez products are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for your item to be produced before it's shipped.
Shipping Times Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- New Zealand: 3–7 business days
- Australia: 5–10 business days
- USA & Canada: 10–20 business days
- Rest of World: 10–25 business days
These are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.
Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel's journey.
Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties charged by your country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.
Lost or Delayed Parcels If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at aoteez.nz@gmail.com and we'll investigate with the carrier.
